Saturday, May 3rd, 1:30pm, there will be a bookswap on Haeundae beach behind the Novatel / Paradise, near the volleyball players. This is the east/left side of the beach. All are welcome...just bring your books!

In the event of rain, we will move the bookswap to Sunday or postpone it. Please check the forums.

We practice weekly, on Saturdays, from 2-4:00PM, at the Migliore in Seomyeon, on the 5th floor, in Club Chicago.

The class is taught in English. It is a traditional style of yoga. We practice pranayama (breath control), and 12 asanas (poses). The style is meditative. All levels can practice and get an appropriate challenge.
