We practice weekly, on Saturdays, from 2-4:00PM, at the Migliore in Seomyeon, on the 5th floor, in Club Chicago. The get to the Migliore, go out of the Subway Exit 6, and follow the road up to the right, in the direction of the mountain. We practice pranayama (breath control), and 12 asanas (poses). The style is meditative. All levels can practice and get an appropriate challenge. Start: 20:00

In the spirit of Socrates, we practice a living philosophical inquiry, to, from many angles, examine one all-important question, "What is the good life?" We don't take ourselves too seriously, because life is too important to take seriously. We cultivate our own questions and vote on them; so, if you can come, bring a question along!
