May 31st 9:45 to 5:00, Dongseo 6th Annual Softball Tournament. Coed 150,000 per team 9 in the field plus at least 1 girl, 10 plus at least 2 girls bat as many as you like some food and beverages provided at cost prizes for almost all teams money goes to a local charity sign up as a whole team, part of a team or as an individual. space is limited to 6-8 teams. first come first serve for more info contact mike 010 6425 0969 mdspiller@yahoo.com

We practice weekly, on Saturdays, from 2-4:00PM, at the Migliore in Seomyeon, on the 5th floor, in Club Chicago. The get to the Migliore, go out of the Subway Exit 6, and follow the road up to the right, in the direction of the mountain. We practice pranayama (breath control), and 12 asanas (poses). The style is meditative. All levels can practice and get an appropriate challenge.
