We practice weekly, on Saturdays, from 2-4:00PM, at the Migliore in Seomyeon, on the 5th floor, in Club Chicago.

The class is taught in English. It is a traditional style of yoga. We practice pranayama (breath control), and 12 asanas (poses). The style is meditative. All levels can practice and get an appropriate challenge. Start: 20:00
