This Saturday we are bringing the Professor out of retirement for the best in Afro, Latin, Downtempo, Dub, Dancehall and Breaker Beats. We will also be featuring a Vinyl Underground favorite DJ Macca who will be throwing down a monster set of electro, funk infused 4 to the floor type ...ish allongside resident DJ's Dust, Mech Tech, Punn and Short Fiction. We don't take ourselves too seriously, because life is too important to take seriously. We cultivate our own questions and vote on them; so, if you can come, bring a question along! Or, just come and listen to us spar as fools and philosophers!

We practice weekly, on Saturdays, from 2-4:00PM, at the Migliore in Seomyeon, on the 5th floor, in Club Chicago.

The class is taught in English. It is a traditional style of yoga. We practice pranayama (breath control), and 12 asanas (poses). The style is meditative. All levels can practice and get an appropriate challenge.
