Served in the US Army in Korea in 1986-1988, 2nd Infantry Division. Liked Korea so much am planning to come back for a vacation with my wife (american-born)to show her what it was like. Thank you for the great web-site. Still haven't found anywhere in America that imports So-Ju, Makkju, or Chung-ju, but I am still looking.

I was in Pusan one year ago, from Oct. 16-Nov. 1. It is hard to believe one year has passed. I stayed with my friend Sheila and met many, many interesting people. Jeff, Stephanie, Bob, etc. I was in the eel race at the Chagalchi Festival and that was FUN FUN FUN! I met a wonderful woman, Hye-Jin, who was the interpretor for the foreign team. We will be getting married next spring. Pusan is a beautiful city, the people are nice. I was there again in June/July. I hope everyone there appreciates the beauty of the city. Jeff, keep up the good work on this page. Thanks for telling Sheila to get on the web and email me.

I was thrilled to find this website. I have been in the states for over three years so far. My husband, U.S. airforce major, is assigned to the university of Mississippi as an ROTC instructor. I am taking nursing courses here. I will be glade to find individuals who are in the similar situation to mine. So, we can be new friends, as well as good advisors. Here is my e-mail address ([email protected])

Great site. Will be moving to Korea with U.S. Fed Govt in late August, this site hits the spot as far as a wonderful spot to start to get some real info-- at least until I can get my Korean up to snuff--- 10 years away from the language is a very long time. Keep up the good work

When I saw the Pusan website in the internet, I miss Pusan where is my hometown.
Then I was struck a person who was my friend during Pusan National Teacher's University student in 1988~1992.
Her name is Dong-Soon Jung. I heard she got married an American man and moved to Seattle.
I hope she visits Pusan web & finds my message.
I really want to contact her.

Dear manager

Why is it necessary that you edit this guestbook?
Are you afraid that someone will not write something
nice? Actually I will just wait online and see how long
it takes you to take this off!
