Kwangalli Beach Parade (Eobang Festival)

Head down to Kwangalli Beach for the 8th Annual Eobang Festival Parade. Well worth the trip. 5:10 pm to 6:10 pm. Note also that the main Kwangalli Beach road is closed for most of the day for this event.
