Gwanganli Regarded as more of the 'young generation' beach, Kwanganli isn't particularly clean or scenic (the horizon is filled with industrial machinery and a bridge under construction), but there is plenty of beach activity and great people watching. 

A variety of food and beverage is available right on the beach - everthing from red wine to cotton candy to meatsicles.  Just beyond the northeastern end of the beach is Sea Paradise, a popular amusement park and home to the famed 'Viking'.  Small rowboats can be rented - just keep an eye out for wind surfers and the occasional jet skier.
