Many tall ships were berthed down there as they completed their journey of sailing down the west coast of Korea from Incheon to Mokpo and then on to Busan before crossing the straits to Japan. This was part of the festivities for the World Cup being held in Korea/Japan. They were a magnificent sight and very unusual to see so many together from various countries, in this part of the world. There were ships from Russian, Japan, Korea, New Zealand and Holland.
