Q. Help! I have got a 018 Hansol service PCS phone….It is convenient but also very confusing and  frustrating because there is no English display and even the manual is in Korean..Is there a service with English voice messaging, display or at least instruction manual?
A. Hansol (unfortunately I know only the Seoul number) has an new English speaking service available.  Call Kim, Yoo-jin from Hansol PCS  02-3488-0180.

Sending Voice Mails

Aside from saving time, voice mails can provide more of that personal touch that is often missing from regular emails.  Most mail programs these days (Netscape Messenger, MS Outlook, Eudora, etc.) have their own voice mail component, but require senders and receivers to both use the same program.  One way around that, is to use Real Producer which can be downloaded for free at:  http://www.real.com/products/tools/producer/   This can be used to create relatively small audio files (or video files if you have a video capture card) which can then be attached to emails and opened by just about anyone, regardless of which platform, operating system, or browser they are using.  The only requirement is that they have Real Player installed.  This comes with the latest versions of Netscape and MSIE or can also be downloaded for free.
