Busan Yoga

We practice weekly, on Saturdays, from 2-4:00PM, at the Migliore in Seomyeon, on the 5th floor, in Club Chicago.
The get to the Migliore, go out of the Subway Exit 6, and follow the road up to the right, in the direction of the mountain. Here's a map: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=779543&l=d40f3&id=533101410
The class is taught in English. It is a traditional style of yoga. We practice pranayama (breath control), and 12 asanas (poses). The style is meditative. All levels can practice and get an appropriate challenge.
The group itself is very diverse. People from all over the world join together for practice and often make friends with other members. Some of the members have travelled to India to become Sivananda teachers, and there are sure to be more, perhaps you.
The class is W10,000 per session, and every 5th session is free. That brings the average cost to W7,500 per session. The instructor takes no profit from teaching; the money goes to pay the rent for the studio. Perhaps this year we'll be able to take a portion of the money generated and donate it to an orphanage. . .too soon to tell yet.
