Help! I can't stay logged in!

If you are having a problem staying logged in it might be due to a cookie issue. There are two things you can try.

Try this first:
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Choose Tools then Internet Options
3. Click the "Privacy" tab and add koreabridge.com to your approved list.

If that doesn't work, try this:
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Choose "tools", then "Internet Options"
3. Click the "Privacy" tab.
4. If your settings are set to "High" or "Block all Cookies", change it to something lower. The medium-high setting worked for us.

5. We have only heard of these reports from those using Microsoft Internet Explorer. If the above steps don't help, we suggesting trying a different browser like Firefox. You may also be interested in some of these other worthwhile reasons to use Firefox instead of MSIE.
