This guy came to my office at school, listened to my diagnosis/problems, recorded them on a medical chart, took an imprint of my foot in soft styrofoam, and will be making me custom shoe inserts for 22,000 won. If I want, his company makes custom shoes!! These shoes are built around a casting of your foot, itself. Cost: 220,000 won.

Your shoe insoles will be ready in a week. If he is prescribed by a doctor, then you are supposed to take them back to the doctor for approval. (but you don't need a prescription)
