Pusanweb - The Hub of PIFF 2007

Welcome to Pusanweb PIFF Central, your hub for the 12th Annual  Pusan International Film Festival, 2007.

The festival kicks off today, Thursday, October 4 with the opening show, The Assembly, a Chinese film about the battle of Huai-hai, and closes on Friday, October 12 with the Japanese animation Evangelion 1.0: You are (Not) Alone. 

 The 7 days in between opening and closing encompass 275 films from 64 countries, including 193 international premieres.

Pusanweb would like to give everyone an opportunity to share your PIFF experiences. We are accepting submissions for reviews, blog-like postings, comments and commentary, pictures, video and anything else you feel you want to contribute.

We will be updating the front page at the end of each day of PIFF to reflect new submissions and also will be scheduling webcasts/podcasts throughout the week (schedule TBA).

 To submit a review or a blog entry, first you need to log in to  Pusanweb (left side of the screen). If you don't have a Pusanweb ID, you'll need to create one (this is separate from the forums and classifieds IDs).  Once you're logged in, click on Create Content on the left side of the screen and select "PIFF Submission". Type up your submission and click "Submit" and you'll be all set.

If you'd prefer us to put your content up for you, send it via email to [email protected]  or click on the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page. Also, if you have pictures or video you'd like to share of PIFF events, let us know.

 For non-text formats (video, audio, photo), stay tuned to this space for details on how to upload (probably up Friday night).
