Vinyl Underground is kicking off the first New Wave 80's Night this Friday (6th) and every Friday all summer long. There are drink specials and prizes for the best dressed, 80's style. So get your hairspray out and head on down to Vinyl.

Soul Trane is kickin' with a new nite of their own: Funked Up Friday, a new and funky night every Friday with the new residents C.O.G., playing a mix of soul, funk disco and house. 

If you're more into a hillbilly sound, Kettle Mountain Social, Busan's residence bluegrass band, will be playing live, starting around 11:30 am, this Friday (13th) at Crossroads, in PNU.

 Next Saturday has something for everyone. If you're looking to hit the road, the 10th Boryeong Mud Festival runs from Saturday the 15th to the 22nd. It's a bit of a haul to get there, but lots of folk feel it's worth it. Directions to get there are on the event website.

Not wanting to go so far? The Rotten Dead Motorcycle Club is organizing the Summer 07 Poker Run. Everyone who can beg, borrow or buy a bike of any size is welcome. Click on the link for more info.
