Monthly rent tax credit in Korea: what the NTS says (and what is unclear for foreigners)
Foreign residents who rent in Korea often ask whether the monthly rent tax credit applies to them. I read the National Tax Service (NTS) guidance and wrote down what it says. Please confirm with your employer's payroll team or the NTS call center (126) before filing, because I could not confirm how the rules apply to foreign nationals.

Hi all! We're Balkeum Labs (밝음랩스), a Korean company in Seongnam-si that works with Korean hospitals and research labs.
Korean university hospitals and skin research labs run studies that need international volunteers, across many backgrounds and skin types. Right now there's no English way to hear about them.
We'd like to know if working-holiday makers (H-1 visa) would want an English-language research volunteer panel. If you're on an H-1 visa, or know someone who is, this 2-minute anonymous survey helps a lot:
Forum Category:[3–5 min Survey] Foreign Residents in Korea – Home-Country Food & Ingredients
Hello!
We are conducting a short survey for foreigners currently living in Korea.
The purpose of this survey is to better understand how foreign residents in Korea cook food from their home country, where they purchase ingredients, and what difficulties they may experience when trying to find familiar ingredients in Korea.
The survey takes about 3–5 minutes, and all responses will be used for research purposes only.
If you currently live in Korea, we would really appreciate your participation!
