Taekwondo in Deokcheon

Taekwondo is a great way to get in shape or stay in shape, it is a combination of meditation and stretching (a lot like Yoga), martial arts (the only Olympic martial art), self defence, as well as teaching you discipline and determination for life.
It is a great way to keep fit along with the sense of achievement you will have earned at the end of your time in Korea. Depending on your commitment and time invested it is possible to obtain your black belt. Of course, this takes great effort and time but is certainly possible within a year or so.
The dojang is based near Deokcheon, Busan. The Master has 22years experience in the field of Taekwondo/Judo/Kumdo and mixed martial arts. It costs 80,000 KRW per month for children and 100,000 KRW per month for adults. This includes your free dobok (Taekwondo suit) and 7-8hours of group training and 1hour of 1-on-1 instruction (if requested) per week.
Considering that gym membership is 50-60,000 KRW I feel you get a lot more for your money with this offer and you will never say the training is boring.
Beginners are welcome, men and women, adults and children. We have classes from 11am to 11pm Monday to Friday and on some weekends.
If you have any questions or want to come along to have a look, at any time, please call Stuart on 011 9692 8344. I would advise at least trying it for your first FREE class.
